Nitrogen-filled vehicles can charge and pressurize nitrogen gas such as bladder accumulators, piston accumulators, and hydraulic accumulators.
Generally, when the nitrogen gas cylinder directly charges the energy storage gas with nitrogen, the maximum inflation (nitrogen) pressure is 13.5 MPa. If the pre-charged nitrogen pressure in the accumulator exceeds 13.5 MPa, the accumulator cannot be reached by the direct inflation method. Inflating requirements, nitrogen-filled vehicles can meet the requirements of high-pressure accumulators filled with high-pressure nitrogen.
3. Structure introduction
The nitrogen car is composed of a hydraulic device, a gas circuit device, and a circuit device. When a pressure fluid enters the supercharger through a reversing valve, it pushes the piston to move upward (down) to increase the nitrogen entering the upper (lower) supercharger. Pressure, and filled into the accumulator (or high-pressure container) through the check valve, the piston reciprocates up and down, so that the nitrogen pressure is increased to the required working pressure (within 42MPa)
4, matters needing attention
1) Nitrogen-filled vehicles are only allowed to pressurize nitrogen. It is strictly prohibited to use oxygen or other combustible and corrosive gases.
2) The pressure gauge on the nitrogen-filled car should be checked regularly.
3) It is forbidden to use aged high-pressure hoses.
