As the bladder-type accumulator is gradually being replaced by other types of accumulators, the amount of use has also declined, so some new users may be new to this and do not know the precautions during operation. This often has hidden safety risks because the Accumulators are more dangerous components in hydraulic systems.
1. The installation of bladder-type accumulators is limited. It can only be installed vertically and it is difficult to seal. Therefore, check after installation. The correct installation and inflation is an important condition for the normal operation of the accumulator and its proper function.
2. Skin-type accumulators are relatively easy to be damaged, so pay more attention to maintenance. Active maintenance not only guarantees the operation of hydraulic equipment and components, thereby greatly extending the repair cycle, but also greatly reducing maintenance costs.
3. Regular inspection is also one of the keys to using a skin-type accumulator. During the inspection, it is necessary to inspect both the local and the entire equipment. If an abnormal situation is found during inspection, the accumulator should be stopped in time, emergency treatment should be done, records should be made, and it should be resolved during regular maintenance.
4. When replacing the bladder, first close the oil inlet valve, open the oil return valve to drain the oil, then connect the inflation tool, release the pressure relief valve to deflate, and finally disassemble the accumulator cylinder shell parts to replace.
