Accumulator installation precautions:
1. The accumulator should be installed in a convenient place for inspection and maintenance.
2. When used to absorb shock and pulsation, the accumulator should be close to the vibration source and should be installed in the place where shock is prone.
3. The installation position should be far away from the heat source to prevent the system pressure from rising due to the thermal expansion of the gas.
The fixing should be firm, but it is not allowed to be welded to the host, and it should be firmly supported on the bracket or the wall. When the diameter-to-length ratio is too large, hoop reinforcement should also be provided.
4. In principle, the bladder accumulator should be installed with the oil port vertically downwards. When the bladder is installed in an inclined or horizontal position, the bladder is in contact with the side of the casing due to buoyancy, which hinders normal telescopic operation, accelerates the damage to the bladder, and reduces the function of the accumulator. danger.
Therefore, the accumulator generally does not adopt the method of inclined or horizontal installation. There are no special installation requirements for the diaphragm accumulator, and the oil port can be installed vertically downward, inclined or horizontally.
